Lord,
What happens when life loses its
music,
The melody fails to repeat,
When our souls wake to the quiet
Of hopelessness, doubt, and
defeat,
When fear grabs hold of our spirit
With tentacles multi-armed,
When our breath is stolen by
sadness,
When we feel threatened by harm?
Oh child! It is then that
Ill rock you
In arms tender, yet strong.
It is then as you climb on My lap
That I will sing you an ageless
song,
A song created for moments
When hope is scared to rejoice,
When fear has taken hold of
My everlasting voice.
The fear that blocks my love song
Never ever comes from Me
For fear and My love cant
exist.
Side by side they can never be.
So climb up to My Haven
Ill reach to pick you up,
And rock you through the crisis
When your life seems like too
much.
My voice, in truth, is music.
My love goes to the heart.
My grace can cover all the doubt,
For you have done your part.
And like a child Ill tell
you
Of love so deep, so wide,
That all the evil of the world
Could never stem the tide.
So come to me oh child of Mine,
And I will calm all fear.
Ill hold you till your
strength returns.
My loves forever near.
I love you more than ever,
When harm should dare to take
Your peace, your hope, your
worthiness,
For then a stand Ill make.

To block the flow of sorrow,
To bridge the gulf of fear,
Just come to Me, your Father,
For My loves forever near
